The English text conveys the source document. The accompanying statement identifies the translation and certifies the translator's work. Sending only a summary or a certificate without the translated content does not serve the same purpose as a complete translated record.
What completeness means for a scanned document
Readable headings, filled fields, marginal notes, seals and stamps belong to the document. The reverse or an attached page can contain essential text. Check that the scan shows the whole record before requesting a quote. If a passage is unclear, request a better image rather than asking the translator to guess.
What the certificate does not decide
A translation certificate does not authenticate the underlying facts, establish immigration eligibility or determine which evidence is required.
