Academic Transcript Translation
An academic transcript listing courses, grades, credits, terms, contact hours, grading scale, and institutional information.
Starting at $10 per page. Final pricing is confirmed after file review.
Terms, attempts and course results
A transcript can list repeated courses, transferred credits, withdrawals and incomplete grades. Each entry remains connected to its term and result. Repeated course names are not collapsed into a single entry, because they may represent separate attempts.
Grading legends and credit systems
Include the grading key, often printed on the reverse. It explains the institution's scale and symbols. Translation carries over that explanation but does not calculate a U.S. GPA or convert local credits into semester hours.
Matching a diploma and syllabus
Course names and codes can be checked against a syllabus supplied with the transcript. A diploma provides a separate record of the award. The translation keeps the documents consistent without treating course completion as a degree award that the source does not state.
Registrar notes and delivery requirements
Send certification pages, registrar signatures and notes attached to the issued transcript. Some recipients require records sent directly by the institution; translating a copy does not satisfy that separate delivery rule. Confirm the recipient's process before ordering.
