Bank Statement Translation

A bank statement showing account ownership, institution, period, currency, balances, transactions, fees, and any partially redacted information.

Starting at $10 per page. Final pricing is confirmed after file review.

Account holder and statement period

Joint holders, account identifiers and statement dates define whose activity a statement describes. The issue date may fall after the reporting period. Existing masked digits remain masked; the translator does not recover or guess account information.

Debits, credits and running balances

Transaction descriptions must stay aligned with dates, debit or credit amounts and balances. A shifted table column can change meaning even when the numbers are copied correctly. Page totals and opening or closing balances remain distinguishable from individual transactions.

Currency and transaction abbreviations

Statements may include foreign-currency entries, bank-specific abbreviations, fees and exchange-rate notes. The translation preserves the stated currency and explains readable labels in context. It does not independently convert balances or certify the origin of funds.

Complete periods and continuation pages

Send all pages in the period requested by the recipient, including continuation sheets and explanatory notes. Screenshots that cut off column headings make interpretation harder. A complete PDF is useful when available; confirm whether any redactions are acceptable to the recipient before submitting files.
